About us – Welcome to Ceratrends!
Let me introduce myself briefly: my name is Gernot Gusenbauer, I am 55 years old and the founder and owner of Ceratrends GmbH. Our company is based in the beautiful Freistadt in the north of Austria.
We are a small, close-knit team consisting of Florian, Stefan, Patrick, Daniela & myself.
We have only one goal: to help you realize your dream terrace!
Influenced by my 15 years of experience with tiles, natural stone and wood, I not only know the materials and installation systems, but – or so I believe – also your wishes, at least as far as the substructure of your terrace is concerned.
All of this has resulted in this online shop, which we hope you enjoy and which gives you lots of valuable information. We have tried very hard to make it clear, simple and easy to understand! I would like to tell you below what our standards are and what criteria form the basis of our work.
The product
We test each pedestal and each installation system is examined in detail using a variety of quality criteria. These are in particular
- stress and stability tests – and this even at the maximum adjustment heights!
- Assembly: We test whether the systems are also easy to install
- Packaging tests: the packaging must be stable and the arbitration perfect.
It is particularly important to us that the pedestal supports, rails and raised floor systems are made of solid material. Only sufficient safety reserves guarantee a long-lasting product!
The system

Because it doesn't help you if you have a supposedly cheap product in your hands but there are no well thought-out solutions for the peripheral areas, for example!

Likewise, with every system we ensure that you only need a minimum of parts on site so that you can complete your work quickly and without any missing parts!
