Dimensions of fixed pedestal supports Titan for wooden terraces and WPC terraces

compensation of unevenness / leveling

Occasionally it may be necessary to level the pedestals if there are uneven surfaces.
This is done with this pedestal using our proven leveling discs.

Leveling disc 3mm under pedestal

Place a leveling disc 3 mm (left) or 1 mm (right) underneath

Leveling disc 1mm under pedestal

Below are pictures of the two types of leveling discs:

leveling disc 1mm
leveling disc 1 mm
leveling disc 3mm
leveling disc 3 mm

These leveling discs are placed under the pedestal support.
Due to the resulting load of the supporting structure, these remain in place and no longer shift.
In the case of several leveling discs lying on top of each other – e.g. in the case of very uneven surfaces – we recommend using an assembly adhesive to permanently fix the leveling discs.

The leveling discs can also be cut into up to 4 pieces in order to be able to make particularly precise adjustments.

How to plan your perfect terrace

With our 3D configurator you can perfectly plan your terrace and compare different installation options!
Save time and effort with this free planning program which was specially developed for Ceratrends.

Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Draw the Dimensions your terrace with the given basic shapes (rectangle / shapes) or with the free form

Step 1 of using the configurator

Step 2: Define terrace covering

Under point 2, first select the terrace covering and enter the format of the laid plank – here, for example, the format 240 x 20 x 3cm.
A half bond was chosen as the laying pattern.

Step 2 of using the configurator

The following image shows the detailed selection:

Step 3 of using the configurator

Step 3: Define installation type

In the next step, you specify that the installation should be done on pedestals.
You also define the type of pedestal used (with fixed head or self-leveling).

Very important: here you determine which height of the substructure beam you want to use!

Step 4 of using the configurator

Step 4:: Determine the construction heights

As a last input point, please define the total heights (= construction heights) at all drawn corner points.

If you want to enter additional height reference points (e.g. drainage in the middle of the terrace) please use the option 'add additional height reference point'.
This is necessary so that the configurator can calculate the correct heights of the pedestal supports!

Step 5 of using the configurator

Step 5: Display intermediate results

At this point you can view the intermediate results in 2D or 3D view.

Here is the 2D view first – click on 'Substructure' in the middle menu

Step 6 of using the configurator

Now for the 3D view, which you can access by clicking on the '3D' button. Since this application is very computationally intensive, the display can take 30 - 60 seconds!

Step 7 of using the configurator

By hiding the display of the covering in the 3D menu, you can now also view the 3D view of the substructure.
In this example, this seems a bit complicated – but remember that we have decided to lay the floorboards staggered:

Step 8 of using the configurator

Step 6: Option drainage channels

In the next step you can define on which sides drainage channels should be placed.
There are various options here that you can try out!

The configurator then displays the channels taken into account as a light blue area.

Step 9 of using the configurator
Step 10 of using the configurator

Step 7 – View material lists and save the plan as a PDF

In this step you can look at the material lists that you would need according to the current planning status.
You will also immediately see the costs involved.
To get to the material list, click on 'Material list' on the right

Finally, you can also save the entire plan as a PDF. This is done using the button at the bottom left of the configurator.

Return options if you order too many pedestal supports!

Save yourself time, money and effort – we take back unwanted pedestal supports from the 'Titan' series!

You can't estimate your needs exactly or want to order a little more for eventualities? A good idea!
We accept returns of unused pedestal supports within 2 months of the date of purchase.
The prerequisite, of course, is that we can sell them again.

This means: the pedestals

  • must not be dirty
  • must not show any signs of use (scratches on the surface or the like)
  • arrive undamaged

What is the maximum number of pedestal supports we can take back?

We take back a maximum of 10% of the ordered quantity per delivery item!

An example:
– You order 200 pieces with a height of 1,9-2,7 cm and 100 pieces with a height of 2,7-4,0 cm.
– We take back a maximum of: 20 pieces of height 1,9-2,7 cm and 10 pieces of height 2,7-4,0 cm.

How is the return processed?

The return is made via our return center

How and when will the refund be made?

  • within 2 working days of delivery to us.
  • using the payment method you chose when making the purchase – more information in the Return Center
