Edge profile for 2cm slabs – explanation of the system
The edge profile serves as a stable frame for the vertical cladding of your patio edge. You simply slide cut-to-size pieces of slabs into the profile.
A particular technical advantage: This edge profile, along with our edge trims, is the only system that different heights within a single terrace side It can bridge gaps perfectly. So if your surface is uneven or slopes, this profile precisely compensates for the differences in height.
The difference to edge trimming is that the edge profile shown here requires a lower riser clip to hold the vertical 2cm panel in place. This is not necessary with edge trimming.

Mounting on pedestal bases (Titan & Professional & EasyPro)
- Install pedestal supports: Position the pedestals along the edge of the terrace, cut the pedestal to size along one edge, and place the lower riser clips underneath. We also recommend gluing the lower riser clip to the pedestal.
- Cut vertical panels to size: Measure the height from the surface to the edge of the profile and cut the board pieces to size. Then slide the cut pieces into the gap of the profile.
- Lay the floor covering: Finally, lay down the horizontal patio slabs to secure everything.

For the profile itself, you only need a metal saw to shorten the 2,70 m long pieces if necessary. For the vertical panels, a standard wet saw or an angle grinder with a diamond blade for porcelain stoneware is required. Mounting to the pedestal base is tool-free thanks to a clip system.
