Explanation of the system

The interplay of an upper and a lower clip creates a secure guide rail for your edge plates. These components are attached directly to the head and foot of the pedestal. Because the clips enclose the plate from the outside, the discreet stainless steel tabs remain visible after installation.

However, this system offers you an unbeatable price advantage. It is therefore the ideal choice if you are looking for a technically sophisticated solution that is significantly more cost-effective than surrounding profiles or complex cladding.

1. Prepare the pedestal supports: First, saw off the base of the pedestal along the marked pre-cut lines. It's best to turn the base over so you can see the lines on the underside more clearly.
   With EasyPro and Titan, you need to detach the pedestal bearings slightly outside the perforation.
   These are 3mm for the EasyPro pedestal and 15mm for the Titan pedestal. The images for EasyPro and Titan are shown below:
   
   
2. Attach clips: Next, place the upper clip on the head and the lower clip under the base of the pedestal. Then, if necessary, secure the upper and lower clips with our mounting adhesive. This significantly increases the stability of the entire structure.

3. Cut and insert the panels: Now measure the required height precisely. Cut the 2 cm thick panel sections to size and then simply slide them into the clip holders. Both systems are shown here (first EasyPro, then Titan).
   
4. Fixation: Finally, place the horizontal base plate onto the pedestal to complete the system.

Delivery

The delivery includes the upper stainless steel riser connection clip for 2cm or 3cm – depending on your selection.
Please note that the necessary bottom clip, pedestal supports, and adhesive are separate items. These can be ordered individually or combined directly as a set using the configurator.

Planning notes / Material requirements

Check beforehand whether your terrace reaches the minimum installation height of 6 cm.
Position the clips at each panel joint. You will use one top and one bottom clip for every two adjacent panels!

If you prefer a completely concealed solution, choose ours instead. edge cladding, to the Edge cladding panels or to do Edge finish “sideline”Plan for one upper and one lower clip at the edge of each pedestal support.

Care / Maintenance

Stainless steel is very robust and requires hardly any maintenance. It is perfectly sufficient to occasionally clean the clips with clean water to remove dirt. If you are using mounting adhesive, you should briefly check after the first winter that the lower clips are still firmly in place.
