• We deliver as soon as possible
  - Germany
  - Austria
  – Luxembourg
  – Netherlands

• For each item you can see the estimated delivery time (delivery to you).
• For orders with multiple items, the latest delivery time always applies.

• The delivery time always begins on the day on which a proper payment has been received. If payment is delayed (e.g. in the case of advance payment), the delivery time will be extended accordingly.
• The delivery days are Mon-Sat for parcel deliveries and Mon-Fri for pallet deliveries.

• We always deliver pallet items via freight forwarding.
• We always leave a telephone or electronic confirmation with the shipping company. Notice for your timely information! You will always be contacted before delivery.

• Important: Delivery is always made with a truck with a lifting platform (tail lift)!
  
  The truck unloads the goods free curbside

• Unlike other providers, you do NOT need two or three people to lift heavy loads directly from the truck bed!
  This task is carried out by the truck driver, who brings the pallets directly to street level using a pallet truck and lifting platform!
  

We distinguish four different article types.

For each item type in a mixed order, the respective transport costs are calculated and added together at the end.

• Samples

For samples we apply a shipping index that refers to the volume of the delivery:
If several sample sets are ordered, the individual index values ​​are added together to calculate the shipping costs. These shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart (if you provide your country and postcode).

• cardboard items

Over 85% of our items are cardboard items.
These are sent, for example, by the Austrian Post or in Germany by DHL.

These items are free of shipping costs for orders over 250.- for deliveries to Germany or Austria.
Of course, the individual order values ​​of each ordered box item are added together.

For deliveries to

– Netherlands and
– Belgium
Shipping costs will be charged even if the total order value is less than EUR 250.

Example for Austria & Germany

For example, if two different types of pedestal supports are ordered with an order value of € 130 each, the total order value is € 260.
This total order value is decisive for the shipping cost calculation.
In the example given, shipping is free because the order value is greater than €250.

For orders under €250, shipping costs apply, which can be calculated at any time in the shopping cart.

IMPORTANT: The order value refers exclusively to cardboard items!

• pallet items

Pallet items are always shipped via a freight forwarder. Typically, these are patio tiles. Pallet items always incur a shipping charge.

The shipping costs depend on the weight and can be seen in the shopping cart (if the delivery country and delivery postcode are specified)

• bulky items

Bulky items are very long or shapeless items that are sent by post or freight forwarder.
Typical examples are edge cladding, drainage channels or base profiles of our rail system.
Depending on the type of bulky goods, we charge a flat rate. You can find details in the shopping cart when you provide your delivery country and delivery postcode.
