Possibility of return if you order too many items!
The option to return items ordered in excess – a special service from Ceratrends!
Save time, money and effort – we take back up to a certain amount of unwanted items
- from pedestal bearings (series 'Titan', ,Professional', 'EasyPro', 'Basic', 'Plattenlager')
- from the rail system 'Slim Easy'
- from the 'SmartWabic' raised floor system
within 8 weeks from the delivery date back!
Further information about the maximum return quantities and returnable items can be found below!
The prerequisite for taking back the items is, of course, that we can sell them again. That means: the items
- must not be dirty
- must not show any signs of use (scratches on the surface, etc.)
- arrive undamaged
Please do not return any excess items and please only use our online return center!
For example, which items are not taken back?
– Drainage channels and covers
– edge cladding
– edge profiles
– Personal protective mats
– Leveling discs 1mm and 3mm
– Anti-slip and anti-acoustic pads
– Slim Easy basic profile

How many or which items can we take back at most?
1. Professional series and its accessories
We take back any unused pedestal supports and individual accessories from the ‘Professional’ series.
This return option is explicitly limited to the following listed items:
– the 'Professional' pedestal supports
– the adapter rings 3cm and 12cm
– the edge finishing clips
– the upper and lower riser connection clips
– building protection pads
Items other than those listed above will not be accepted for return.
The maximum return quantity is 10% of the delivered quantity per delivery item.
2. Series 'Titan', 'Basic', 'EasyPro' and 'Plate Storage' and its accessories
Please return any items from the 'Titan', 'Basic', 'EasyPro' and 'Plate Storage' series that you do not require to us at your own expense.
This return option is explicitly limited to the following listed items:
– the pedestals
– the adapter rings
– the edge finishing clips
– the upper and lower riser connection clips
– building protection pads
Items other than those listed above will not be accepted for return.
The maximum return quantity is 10% of the delivered quantity per delivery item.
3. Slim Easy rail system
The following parts of the Slim Easy rail system will be taken back without any restrictions on quantity:
– Connectors (plastic)
– joint plate
A maximum return quantity of 10% applies to the following parts:
– Diagonal and corner connectors as well as connecting straps (all parts made of stainless steel)
– acoustic tape
– Upper and lower edge clip
– Hybrid adhesive
– building protection pads
Other parts of the Slim Easy rail system will not be taken back
4. Raised floor SmartWabic – Return option
The following parts of the SmartWabic raised floor will be taken back:
– Basic module: up to 10% of the order quantity
– Connectors: unlimited return quantity possible
– Support pads: unlimited return quantity possible
– Edge finishing sets: up to 10% of the order quantity
– Pedestal supports: up to 10% of the order quantity per order item
The return option for over-ordered items – an example:
– You order 200 pieces of pedestal supports with a height of 1,9-2,7 cm and 100 pieces with a height of 2,7-4,0 cm.
– We take back a maximum of: 20 pieces of height 1,9-2,7 cm and 10 pieces of height 2,7-4,0 cm.
costs of return transport
The customer bears all costs of return transport. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send return labels.
How and when will the refund be made
- within 2 working days of delivery to us.
- using the payment method you chose when purchasing.
Are manipulation costs deducted?
Yes, costs will be deducted – however, these are small and amount to 5% of the value of the goods, but at least EUR 9.-
These costs are below our cost price and represent only a part of the expenditure we incur for quality control, return storage and commercial processing (credit note, etc.).
Parts other than those listed under points 1-4 will not be taken back!
