With this you will immediately receive the following information:
- How much goods can I return?
- What amount of refund can I expect?
- my return has already arrived at Ceratrends and
- Has my return already been processed and the credit amount refunded?

Requirements for return at the return center
First, you should know what you can return.
Firstly, the time since your order is decisive here.
Because a return of unused items is only possible up to a maximum of 2 months after order or delivery date possible!
Furthermore, returns at the return center are only possible to a certain extent is possible.
Due to double and triple orders from individual customers in the past, only returns of maximum 10% of the quantity. These 10% refer to the respective delivery item.
Finally, the return is limited to certain products. These would be
– Pedestal bearings ('Titan' series, ,Professional', 'EasyPro', 'Basic', 'Plattenlager')
– 'Slim Easy' rail system
– 'SmartWabic' raised floor system
Finally, we would like to inform you that the returned items must be in perfect condition. This means that the items
- must not be contaminated.
- must not show any signs of use (scratches on the surface or similar)
- must be undamaged.
Because our customers expect perfect and flawless products!
Please do not return any excess items and please only use our online return center !
How much refund can I expect?
You will receive the information about the refund amount on the last page of the return center.
In this regard, all totals of the individual items are added together.
Finally, a fee will be deducted for the manipulation (5%, minimum EUR 9.-).
Every return involves effort. This includes the effort for checking, creating the credit note, transferring the money back and repackaging the goods.
Finally, the return center will also tell you how to get your credit amount refunded. This means you will find out whether you will receive the credit refunded via PayPal, credit card or another payment method.
